Out-of-Hours, Night and Weekend Callouts
Battery failures cluster at exactly the times garages are shut: first thing in the morning, late at night after a car has stood in the cold, at the end of a shift, and on the first frosty weekend of the season. A service that only answers between nine and five is not much use for a fault that behaves like this one.
We operate around the clock. What changes out of hours is not the standard of work but the practicalities, demand spikes on cold mornings, traffic and access differ at night, and we would rather give you an honest arrival estimate than an optimistic one.

What this means in practice
- Night work is a large share of what we do, shift workers, hospital car parks, venues and late finishes.
- Cold snaps create genuine demand spikes across the whole industry; we will tell you the real wait, not a comfortable one.
- Access is different at night: gated sites, locked compounds and security arrangements need mentioning when you call.
- Lighting is not an issue for us; we carry our own and work in the dark routinely.
- If we cannot reach you in a time that is any use, we would rather say so than leave you waiting.

Do you really answer at 3am?
We operate a 24-hour service. Call and you will get a straight answer about whether we can attend and how soon.
Is it more expensive at night?
Any out-of-hours difference is confirmed on the phone before you commit, so there is nothing to discover afterwards.
Can you attend early before a work shift?
Yes, and early morning attendance before a shift or a delivery round is one of our most common jobs.
Stuck outside normal hours?
Call now, nights, weekends and bank holidays are normal working time for us.
