How do you know which battery my car needs?
We match by registration against the manufacturer fitment data — correct capacity (Ah), cold-cranking amps (CCA), terminal layout and case size (H5, H6, H7, H8 etc.). For stop-start we fit EFB or AGM as specified — never a standard flooded battery in a car that needs AGM.
Do you code the new battery to my car?
Yes — BMS registration via OBD is included on every fit that requires it. Without coding, modern cars keep charging the old battery's profile and the new one wears out early. We do it before we leave.
What warranty comes with the battery?
2–4 years depending on chemistry (standard flooded, EFB or AGM), transferable, registered on the day. If the battery fails inside warranty we come back out and swap it — no arguments.
What happens to my old battery?
We take it away for proper lead-acid recycling. No extra charge, no landfill, and you get a receipt if you need one for a fleet audit.
Can I get a fixed price before you come out?
Yes — give us the registration and postcode on the phone and we quote the full fitted price, including coding. No callout fee, no surprises at the driveway.
Do you fit van and commercial batteries too?
Yes — Transit, Sprinter, Crafter, Vivaro, Ducato, twin-battery setups and dual-battery leisure/commercial installs. Heavy-duty EFB and AGM stock on the van.
