Q.Can you jumpstart a large diesel van?
Yes — our packs are rated for LCVs and small trucks up to around 7.5 tonnes. A booster designed for petrol cars won't do it; ours will.
Q.My engine starts but the fridge and lights are dead. Which battery is it?
The leisure bank, or the split charge system that feeds it. The starter battery is clearly fine if the engine turns over.
Q.Can I use a starter battery as a leisure battery?
Not sensibly. Starter batteries hate deep discharge and will fail quickly in a habitation role; leisure batteries are built for exactly that cycling.
Q.Do you attend storage compounds?
Yes, provided you can arrange access. Tell us the gate arrangements when you book so the visit is not wasted.
